The Doctors are an independently owned healthcare provider with contracts with many third party payers including HMO, select PPO and indemnity insurance networks. Please note that although we are not contracted with some PPO, EPO or POS plans we do accept such said plans. We are also Medicare providers and accept Medi-Medi (Medicare/Medical). Please note that we do not accept Medi-Medi (Medicare/medical) for gastric bypass. Payment arrangements are available for all cash paying patients. Please contact our office for further information.

NOTE: Our office does not accept personal or business checks. We will gladly accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders, and debit cards (there is a $1.00 surcharge per transaction).
