The Doctors are an independently owned healthcare provider with contracts with many third party payers including HMO, PPO and indemnity insurance networks. We are also Medicare providers and accept Medi-Medi (Medicare/Medical). Please note that we do not accept Medi-Medi (Medicare/medical) for gastric bypass. Please contact our office for further information.
Please keep in mind that contract negotiations are continuous and new plans are added frequently. For information on whether we are contracted with your insurance plan or medical group, please contact our office at (951) 736-0696.

NOTE: Our office does not accept personal or business checks. We will gladly accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders, and debit cards (there is a $1.00 surcharge per transaction). Also please note that we require 24 hours cancellation notice when you cannot make you appointment. You will be charged your co-payment or $25 for any missed appointments not cancelled more than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available date.
